This means they can see clients in states where Dr. Smith is licensed, even if they are practicing under supervision.     We assist clients with essential mental-health documentation, including Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters, FMLA/medical leave paperwork, disability support, and workplace accommodation forms. We also provide court-ordered Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) enrollment and compliance reporting.
