Keandra, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) based in Forney, Texas, and a dedicated member of the Helen’s Project team. With over nine years of experience in the mental health field, she specializes in supporting individuals through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Keandra holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University.


Keandra offers virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. She is particularly passionate about serving women, adolescents, and members of the BIPOC community, providing a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth.

Keandra's practice is rooted in empathy and empowerment, aiming to help clients reconnect with their inner strength and resilience. She offers flexible evening and weekend telehealth appointments to accommodate diverse schedules. Her services are available on a sliding scale, ensuring affordability for those in need.
