  • Yes, we offer telehealth therapy sessions through a secure and confidential online platform. This allows you to access care from the comfort and safety of your own space.

  • We strive to keep mental health care accessible. Our services are offered on a sliding scale, and we also provide affordable and grant-funded options. Please contact us to discuss what plan works best for you.

  • Currently, we work with a limited number of insurance providers. However, we can also provide superbills for clients to submit for potential reimbursement. Let us know what coverage you have, and we’ll help guide you through the process.

  • You can book a session through our secure online platform at SimplePractice or Zocdoc, or reach out via phone or email. Our team will help match you with the best therapist based on your needs.

  • The first session is a safe, open conversation where you and your therapist get to know each other. You’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure, just space for you to be heard.

  • Yes. Your privacy is a top priority. All sessions are strictly confidential, and we follow all legal and ethical guidelines to protect your information. We’ll walk you through our confidentiality policy during your first visit.
