Heal It Forward is our donor-supported program designed to increase access to mental health care for individuals and families facing financial barriers. Through community support and grants, we help make therapy, medication management, and care coordination more accessible.

  • The first session is a safe, open conversation where you and your therapist get to know each other. You’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure, just space for you to be heard.
