Creating a supportive space to navigate identity, confidence, anxiety, and life transitions.
Hi! I am Cedric
I’m Cedric Freeman, LMSW, a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex emotions and transitions that come with growth, identity, and change. Whether you’re a young adult stepping into independence, a working professional managing stress, or a parent seeking support for your teen, my approach centers on compassion, authenticity, and building confidence in who you are becoming.
As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the pressure of expectations, life transitions, and the internal journey of finding your place in the world. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and equipped with tools that support your mental and emotional wellness.
Who I Work Best With
I primarily work with:
Young Adults (16–35)
– Anxiety, stress, and overthinking
– Identity exploration
– Self-esteem & confidence
– Life transitions (school, career, relationships)
Professionals & Working Adults
– Career overwhelm or burnout
– Work/life balance
– “High-functioning” anxiety
– Relationship stress & emotional fatigue
Teens & Families
– Emotional regulation
– Communication challenges
– School-related stress
– Confidence & social development
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, we’ll work together to create clarity, direction, and a sense of emotional stability.
