Thelma Mfebe is a compassionate and results-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over six years of experience delivering comprehensive psychiatric and medical care across a variety of settings, including telepsychiatry, pediatrics, hospice, long-term care, and acute behavioral health.
Her clinical practice is rooted in a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to help clients achieve long-term wellness. Thelma is highly skilled in psychiatric assessment and differential diagnosis, psychotropic medication management, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapy integration such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also specializes in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders and leverages technology-driven care, including telepsychiatry and remote monitoring, to increase accessibility and continuity of care.
