Michelle Sabedra

Hi, I’m Michelle 👋

My journey into fitness and wellness is personal. I’ve struggled with my own mental health, and fitness became a powerful turning point for me, it helped me feel stronger, more in control, and more confident in my body and my life.

I became a coach because I want others to experience that same sense of empowerment. I believe fitness should feel supportive, realistic, and adaptable, not intimidating or all-or-nothing.

My coaching style is:

  • Supportive and straightforward

  • Adaptable to real life

  • Relationship-focused and encouraging

I take time to understand your goals, explain things in a way that makes sense, and help you feel capable as we work toward progress together.

Note: My services are non-clinical and do not replace therapy or medical care.
