Hola! I’m Chalsey

I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults build emotional strength, resilience, and confidence. With over seven years of experience across school, community, and mental health settings, I support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD symptoms, trauma, school stress, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I focus on helping clients understand their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build practical skills they can use in everyday life.
