Hi! I am Cedric

I’m Cedric Freeman, LMSW, a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex emotions and transitions that come with growth, identity, and change. Whether you’re a young adult stepping into independence, a working professional managing stress, or a parent seeking support for your teen, my approach centers on compassion, authenticity, and building confidence in who you are becoming.

As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the pressure of expectations, life transitions, and the internal journey of finding your place in the world. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and equipped with tools that support your mental and emotional wellness.

About Me

Outside of the therapy space, I’m someone who values creativity, culture, and connection. I enjoy:

  • Trying new recipes in the kitchen

  • Reading and learning

  • Watching anime and connecting with stories that inspire growth

I bring this same curiosity and grounded presence to my work with clients. My goal is to meet you where you are—with understanding, authenticity, and practical support.
