Community Care Wellness Program

“Supporting the people who support our communities”

At Helen’s Project, we believe strong communities begin with strong support systems.
Our Community Care Wellness Program” is designed for the nonprofit workers, community staff, and volunteers who serve individuals in low income and high stress environments.

This program gives them confidential, affordable, and culturally responsive mental health support so they can continue their work with confidence and resilience.

Why Community Care Matters

Frontline workers carry heavy emotional loads. Many face burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma. Too often, they put their own wellness last.

The Community Care Program gives them a safe space to heal, reflect, and recharge so they can continue making an impact while protecting their own mental health.

Healthy staff create healthier communities.
