COACH MARK“MACK” BROWN
Strength, confidence, and accountability — with a coach who shows up for you every time.
Hi! I am Coach Mack
I’m Mark Brown — better known as Coach Mack — a fitness and nutrition coach dedicated to helping people show up for themselves, build discipline, and transform their bodies in a real, sustainable way.
My style is straightforward, motivational, and honest:
I’m going to push you, support you, challenge you, and celebrate your wins.
I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I believe in consistency, proper form, mindset, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.
Whether you want to train from home or meet in person in the DFW metroplex, I tailor every session to your goals, your pace, and your lifestyle.
If you want the kind of coach who keeps it real, holds you accountable, and never lets you give up on yourself — I’m your guy.
Who I Work Best With
I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating:
Substance use & recovery
Parenting challenges and co-parenting stress
Family conflict and communication breakdowns
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Repeating relationship patterns that feel hard to change
I’m especially dedicated to helping families strengthen their relationships, rebuild trust, and create healthier ways of relating to each other over time.
If you’re a parent, caregiver, or young person who feels like “we keep having the same arguments” or “we love each other but can’t seem to connect,” we’re likely a good fit.
How I Practice
How I Practice
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a strong family systems lens so that we can understand both individual struggles and the dynamics around them.
I integrate:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
Person-centered therapy – you are the expert on your own life
Motivational Interviewing – supporting readiness and motivation for change
Solution-Focused strategies – identifying what’s working and building on strengths
In sessions, you can expect:
A nonjudgmental, supportive space to talk about what’s really going on
Curious questions to understand patterns, not blame
Attention to how past experiences and current systems (family, school, work) impact you
Clear, practical steps to support growth between sessions
Support for Families & Parents
Family work might include:
Helping parents and caregivers respond to behavior in new ways
Improving communication between teens and adults
Clarifying expectations, boundaries, and roles
Addressing the impact of substance use, trauma, or stress on the whole family
We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, while still keeping an eye on the goals that matter most to you.
