Navigating life's twists and turns often leads us to unexpected discoveries. For me, one of those discoveries came later in life when I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as an adult. It was a revelation that reshaped my understanding of myself and the way I interact with the world around me.
