Telehealth Therapy

At Helen's Project, we understand that life can be busy and sometimes attending in-person therapy sessions may not be feasible. That's why we offer Telehealth Therapy, allowing you to access mental health care from the comfort of your home or any location that is convenient for you.
Therapy sessions conducted remotely through secure video or phone platforms, providing clients with flexible, convenient access to mental health care.​

Emotional Support Assessment

We offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Assessments to help individuals determine if an emotional support animal can assist in managing their mental health challenges. ESAs provide therapeutic benefits through companionship and comfort, which can be especially valuable for those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health concerns.

ADHD Assessment

It helps individuals better understand their cognitive and behavioral patterns and determine whether they may be experiencing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
